All information provided to Zawiya — including qualifications, work history, identity documents, certificates and references — must be true, complete and accurate. You will not engage in fraudulent misrepresentation. Submitting false documents is a criminal offence in the UK and many destination countries. Any request for unofficial payment should be reported immediately to M@zawiya.eu.
All job roles must comply with applicable employment law in the destination country. Offered salaries must meet or exceed the legal minimum requirements. The employer will not subject workers to any form of forced labour, retention of documents, or conditions inconsistent with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Zawiya's fees are never charged to the worker directly for standard placement services.
Fees are set out in individual service agreements. All fees are quoted in GBP, EUR or USD as applicable. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments accrue interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Zawiya facilitates and coordinates visa applications but cannot guarantee the outcome of any visa or immigration decision. All decisions are made by the relevant government authority. Zawiya is not a regulated immigration adviser under the UK Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 and does not provide legal advice.
